About 30 Days of Gratitude Course

Welcome to the 30 Days of Gratitude course where we will take you through understanding the power of gratitude including the science and benefits of gratitude, how to practice gratitude in addition to daily gratitude practices for you to implement for the next 30 days. This course can be ideal for people whom are wanting to expand their happiness, feelings of peace, feel more balanced in their mind and in their life, and improve their overall wellbeing.

In a nutshell, the word gratitude is defined as “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness”. Gratitude is different from ‘appreciation’ by itself in that the appreciation is “recognition of the good qualities of someone or something”. Gratitude is both appreciation and thankfulness. Research on the positive effects and benefits of gratitude on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing is growing. For example, gratitude has been shown to be associated with reduced physical aches and pains, improved overall health, reduced depression, improved happiness, and less incidences of PTSD when exposed to traumatic situations.

Who this course is for?
This course is suitable for those who
• Have an open mind to learning how to look at situations in more positive and grateful ways
• Have an interest in expanding feelings of appreciation and gratefulness
• Want to better understand gratitude and how to practice gratitude effectively
• Are aged 15+ years
• Any gender
• Any state of mental health or wellbeing*

Requirements:
This course involves the following requirements
• Approx. 15-45 minutes daily
• Daily access to MindFit Lab via any form of device
• A printer (optional)
